Diagnosed the problem with my freezer over the phone, told me how much it would cost and came round the next day on time with a courtesy call prior to make sure the appointment was still ok.
Guess what? On time, fixed it and no hidden charges.

After trying several appliance repair companies and getting no reply I was about to give up and get a new dishwasher when I saw an ad for Amend HAC.
Responded to my email within the hour (on a Sunday night) and my dishwasher was working again by 9.30am the following morning! Even put some new screws in to replace the ones the kitchen fitters had used that weren't long enough. Very pleasant as well.

Fully recommend Gary, he answered our call promptly when our washing machine door broke with the washing stuck inside. He quickly found the problem, ordered the part and repaired the door in quick time. Lovely friendly guy, top service.
